This module helps you integrate with your accounting package, whether it be MYOB, Sybiz, Attache or others. The module is designed to allow a setup process to be performed initially, once this has been done, integration with your accounting package is achieved.

ProducePak is designed to seamlessly integrate with Microsoft Great Plains Finance Management modules, however, we understand the importance of entrenched accounting practices and have built this module to eliminate double entry of data and allow ProducePak to integrate (loosely) with other financial packages.

Send Data To Your Accounting Package
You can create customised data exchange formats which can be used to provide data to MYOB, Attache, Sybiz, and almost all financial and accounting packages. Data that can be shared includes:

• sales
• purchases
• timesheet summaries
• timesheet details
• grower returns (APH Only)

Accounts
The Financials module allows you to setup your own Account codes, these can be matched with your financial package to simplify the export and import processes.

Export to Microsoft Excel (and others)
The Financials module allows you to setup your own export templates which you can use in other programs such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Lotus etc. Exporting is supported in the following formats:
• XLS
• CLV / TXT Tab Delimited
• HTML (Hypertext)
• XML (Extended Mark-up Language)

Customer & Supplier Accounts
The Financials module allows you to relate account numbers (or text codes) to Customers, Suppliers, and Product purchases. The Accounts when exported with Customers, Suppliers, or Purchases can be used as account identifiers, transaction notes, journal memos, and more in your accounting package.

Payment Terms
Use the Financials module to setup Payment Terms for individual customers. Payment terms are optionally shown on ProducePak Delivery Dockets and Invoices.
