The Packing Priority module allows staff in the packshed to continually keep an eye on the current priority of work that needs to be done. Large screens and audio are used to alert staff of work orders.

The priority of which orders need to be packed first at “this very point in time” is constantly managed by the Packing Priority Control module. The Packing Priority Control module allows sales orders to be prioritised by administration or marketing staff when they are received, and the packing shed staff will automatically be alerted of the priority of each order during their daily packing activities.

Printed Packing Priority
Staff can print Packing Priority forms and distribute to each line manager or pack manager to ensure produce is packed in the correct order.
Audio alerts when the packing priority changes
Staff are alerted over loud speakers of a change in the packing priority; ensuring that all packshed staff are constantly informed of which line is packing which fruit and vegetables or seafood.

Video display of priorities
Staff can also view the priority of packing not only on PC’s but also on large display monitors that can be mounted in the packing shed.

Individual Sales Order Priority
Packing priorities are based on the importance of Sales Orders, so an individual order from a specific customer can be given absolute priority over other customer orders.
